Questions
Why flat-rate instead of per-seat for Team?
Per-seat pricing penalizes collaboration. When 3 Pro seats ($87/mo) cost more than Team ($79/mo for 5 editors), the economics naturally encourage teams to consolidate and work together. That's the behavior we want to reward.
What's a contributor vs an editor?
Editors can create and modify experience maps, run AI generation, and manage journeys. Contributors are free guest seats that can add evidence, leave comments, and participate in validation — the people closest to the experience who need to weigh in without needing full access.
What happens to my maps if I downgrade?
Your maps are never deleted. If you exceed the lower tier's limits, you'll have read-only access to maps beyond the cap until you archive or delete some. All evidence and validation history is preserved.
What does "memory window" mean?
The memory window determines how far back the AI can reference your team's prior analysis and decisions when generating new insights. A 30-day window means the AI considers the last month of context. Longer windows produce richer, more contextually aware synthesis.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves 20% across all paid tiers. Toggle the switch above to see annual pricing.
